Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping across India for prepaid order. Additional Rs 70 delivery charges will be levied if you opt for COD.

We do a thorough inspection of all products before processing orders to ensure they are in the perfect condition.

Petitfee India reserve the right to cancel, delay, or recall the order from delivery of the Products, if any fraud is suspected.

We process your orders within 2-3 business days and we try our best to deliver the products within 6-8 business days.. Due to pandemic situation, there can be a delay in delivery. We hope for your co-operation in this situation.

Once the order is shipped, you will receive all delivery related details on your registered mobile and email. You can track the order via Shiprocket.

Cancellation

We request you to carefully place the order. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.

Refund

We don’t accept returns unless the product delivered to you is a damaged product.In case of such an event, kindly share the damaged product images on Whatsapp on +91-8850019914 and write a mail on support@petitfee.in within 24hours of receiving the product and our team will refund you the whole amount on verifying the whole issue.
